We’re an independent, senior-led events agency so the people who pitch are the people who deliver.
Our core team lead the way, we’re the ones you’re going to talk-to and work with day-to-day. We’re not overburdened Executives or Middle Managers who need ‘something to do’, we define the scope and we deliver the projects (supported, of course, by our carefully chosen network of senior specialists who we’ve trusted for years). We may hand-pick exactly the right people for each project, rather than assigning whoever’s available, but it’s still us you call if something’s not right.
Our network, combined with our skill & experience, means you always have the depth and resource to handle complex, high-stakes events – without the layers of a large agency or the risk of a solo freelancer.

MEET SARAH THRELFALL
Sarah Threlfall founded Brightspace after more than 20 years in the corporate events world — as an in-house Head of Events, as a senior project manager for large agencies, and as a specialist freelancer before founding Brightspace. She knows how the industry works, what clients actually need, and exactly where most agencies let people down.
She started the business because she wanted to do things properly. To work with clients who valued the relationship as much as the result. To build a team of people she actually trusted. And to run events without having to compromise on quality or care. She’s still driven by exactly that.
She’s hands-on, commercially sharp, and honest in a way that sometimes surprises people. She says the things other agency MDs are too polished to say. Clients tend to find that refreshing.
